“I love my work because I enjoy connecting people with self-compassion and a gentle understanding of why we do what we do. I counsel clients from a dynamic, identity-affirmative approach full of warmth and acceptance. I work with individuals and couples in my practice and often encourage my clients' growth by recommending additional resources. I enjoy helping clients develop their own unique voices to write their personal life narratives. As I see it, taking charge of your story is essential for effecting change, growth, and self-actualization. I also strongly believe in a holistic path to healing that integrates therapy with balanced sleeping and eating patterns, self-care, and physical movement to promote wellness.
My journey with chronic pain has deeply shaped my approach to healing. For years, I struggled to find relief and understand the impact it had on my life. It wasn’t until I discovered the benefits of acupuncture and massage that I began to experience meaningful relief. This personal experience inspired me to found Healing Space Therapy Collective—a place where we integrate these holistic practices with therapy to offer a path to wellness that addresses both the mind and body. I’m committed to helping others find the same relief and balance that has been so transformative in my own life."
