She is an experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Sex Therapist and Qualified Supervisor practicing in the Miami area and remotely with Florida and New York residents through Teletherapy. She is also available for virtual Life Coaching services to clients in other states and countries.

From a very young age, June possessed an innate understanding that she was destined for a unique purpose in the world.

Alexandra “Ally” Esco (she/her) is a passionate Licensed Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern dedicated to making a meaningful impact through counseling and connection. Her approach centers on understanding how individuals’ thoughts and perceptions shape their behavior and influence their experiences, as these insights are crucial for creating meaningful change and supporting a more fulfilling life. Alexandra is available for sessions through self-pay and insurance at our Coral Gables office and virtually.
